8.	Conduct Sunday Open Houses when appropriate. 
9.	Set appointments for agent showings of your property. 
10.	Keep you informed with feedback following every showing. 
11.	Monitor and keep you apprised of any changes in market conditions, and keep you informed of all efforts being done to sell your home. 
12.	Present all offers to you in a timely fashion with sufficient background information and evaluation to enable you to make a comfortable, informed decision. 
13.	Track the progress of the loan process, fulfillment of contingencies, inspection and other details necessary to accomplish a successful closing. 
14.	Arrange for the closing and attend with you in order to lend experience to this sometimes confusing event.
